Pe Pengaruh Latihan Zig-Zag Run Terhadap Hasil Latihan Dribbling Bola Pemain UKM Futsal UPG 1945 NTT
Abstract
Research Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of zig-zag run training on dribbling agility of players of UKM Futsal UPG 1945 NTT. Research Method: The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group design. Research Sample: The sample consisted of 20 people divided into two groups: experimental and control, each consisting of 10 players. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of zig-zag run training for 6 weeks, while the control group did not receive any special treatment. Results of the study: Shows that the average dribbling time in the experimental group decreased from 13.08 seconds (pre-test) to 11.54 seconds (post-test), with an average difference of 1.54 seconds. The t-test shows a significant value (t count = 24.92> t table = 2.262; p <0.05), which means that there is a significant effect of zig-zag run training on dribbling agility. In contrast, the control group showed no significant change in time (average difference of 0.01 seconds; t count = 0.23 <t table = 2.262; p> 0.05). Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that zig-zag run training is effective in improving dribbling agility in futsal players.
