ANALISIS KESEHATAN FISIK TERHADAP PETINJU PUTRI AMATIR DI SASANA BIDORA KOTA KUPANG

Tinju merupakan cabang olahraga yang menuntut kombinasi kekuatan, kecepatan, kelincahan, dan daya tahan tinggi. Tidak hanya itu, tinju juga memerlukan kesiapan mental dan kondisi fisik yang prima untuk menghadapi intensitas latihan serta risiko cedera selama pertandingan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kesehatan fisik petinju putri amatir di Sasana Bidora Kota Kupang, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan fisik mereka selama proses latihan dan bertanding. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun petinju putri di Sasana Bidora menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dalam menjaga kebugaran melalui latihan rutin, mereka masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai standar kebugaran jasmani yang optimal. Faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya program latihan terstruktur, minimnya pemantauan kesehatan, dan keterbatasan fasilitas menjadi kendala utama. Selain itu, penanganan cedera cenderung dilakukan secara mandiri tanpa konsultasi medis yang memadai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya intervensi sistematis dalam program pembinaan kebugaran jasmani, serta peningkatan dukungan dari instansi terkait untuk meminimalkan risiko cedera dan meningkatkan performa atlet. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang keolahragaan, khususnya dalam konteks kesehatan fisik atlet perempuan di Indonesia.
