PENGARUH LATIHAN NAIK TURUN TANGGA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETRAMPILAN LOMPAT JAUH GAYA JONGKOK SISWA SMAN 10 KOTA KUPANG
Abstract
Atletik adalah suatu cabang olahraga atau induk olahraga yang paling tua didunia yang terdiri dari nomor lempar, nomor lompat, dan nomor lari. Atletik tersebut memerlukan teknik dan gerakan yang benar dan irama yang tepat, sehingga gaya yang digunakan dapat dilakukan secara aman, efisien, dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa SMA Negeri 10 Kupang. Penelitian ini penelitian eksperimen, sesuai pendapat Arikunto, eksperimen adalah suatu cara untuk mencari hubungan sebab akibat antar dua factor yang sengajah di timbulkan oleh peneliti dengan mengelimisasi atau mengurangi atau menyisikan factor-faktor lain yang mengganggu. Eksperimen selalu di lakukan dengan maksud untuk melihat akibat suatu perlakuan. Data observasi dalam penelitian ini yang ditransformasikan menjadi data kuantitatif agar memudahkan dalam menganalisis. Data observasi dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk menentukan dan melihat ketepatan sisswa dalam melakukan lompat jauh gaya jongkok peneliti melihat pada ketepatan siswa melakukan lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Cara peneliti dengan menghitung frekuensi descriptor dari masing – masing indicator. Berdasarkan hasil analisis datadapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk latihan metode lari naik turun tangga pada siswa SMA Negeri 10 Kupangyang dilakukan satuminggu 2 kali selama 6 minggu dapat meningkatkan kualitas melakukan lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa SMA Negeri 10 Kupangsebesar 25 %.
